Target Group
This appraisal programme targets Learners within an organisation who are designated as a Trainer, or are seeking to be a Trainer.
Course Aim & Objectives
The aims and objectives of this programme are to impart training requirements to enable Trainers to acquire and develop the necessary knowledge, skills and tools needed to help them on the job when they are called upon to develop and deliver training or, to make presentations in front of groups of people.
Course Outline
Learners attending this Train the Trainer programme will be given a series of explanations and demonstrations that will identify what they are expected to know and do. This will be followed by practical exercises allowing Learners to practice their skills, knowledge and understanding of the Trainer role. Learners will also be appraised against the training outcomes (in a classroom environment), testing their delivery skills and underpinning knowledge of the theory learning Elements.
